Spencer Schmerling - Founder
 Spencer's multifaceted background provides him with a number of experience-filled plates to bring to the table. He's been involved with everything from marketing and human resources to technology and crisis management, but perhaps it is his entrepreneurial spirit and his passion for helping others succeed that inspired him to create a recruiting service. Helping others be the best they can be for a company, so that they ultimately help themselves prosper is a challenging and rewarding task.
Spencer started his recruiting services company with the belief that companies are only as successful as the individuals they hire. The ability to identify and hire the best employees to assist in a client-organization's success comes from understanding their business and how a candidate's talents compliment and support that business.
As a graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a degree in Human Resources Management, Spencer has been on all sides of the recruitment process - as an applicant, a business owner, a human resources professional and a consultant. In addition, he is a Certified Staffing Professional and a California Accredited Consultant.
Spencer has an extensive history of providing business and staffing solutions. As a Proprietor of a small consulting company, he was responsible for selling and delivering services specializing in business operations and marketing with an emphasis in technology and crisis management.
Outside of his career, Spencer volunteers his time and skills to many other areas. With two sons, ages nine and eleven, he has coached soccer, basketball and baseball teams. He is also an actively involved volunteer in their classrooms. In addition, Spencer volunteers for the CSUN chapter of his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, as an advisor and president of the housing corporation. Spencer also enjoys playing and watching sports - basketball is his favorite.
