Karen Knapp - Senior Recruiter
 Karen Knapp is a bit of an explorer. She believes her main role is to find and explore new opportunities. With over 14 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and a background in real estate, Karen is equipped not only to explore opportunities, but also to succeed at them.
Karen matches talented real estate professional with clients seeking their expertise. Her focus is on discovering the person, his or her experiences and skills and finding out what aspects of a job are really important to that person. Her goal at the end of this exploration: to find an opportunity that is energizing and exciting and maximizes the candidate's talents. By focusing on the candidate, she believes, we are able to make superior, long lasting job matches.
Karen earned a Bachelors degree from Baldwin Wallace College and worked for many years recruiting entry-level to senior management level candidates. She also has her real estate license and has worked as a sales person as well as an appraiser.
An explorer early on, Karen left the mid-west and relocated to sunny California about eleven years ago and enjoys the beach and weather that California provide. She also enjoys reading and watching her favorite TV show, Grey's Anatomy. She has two small children and is proud to say she's been married for 13 (lucky) years!
