With over five years of recruiting experience within the healthcare industry, a real estate license and real estate experience Jozette's combined interests have molded her into an excellent, detail-oriented recruiter.
Recruitment to Jozette is much more than matching a person with a job opening. She takes pride in working closely with the details. She is dedicated to building a sold working relationship and strong rapport with both her clients and her candidates. These working relationships allow her to identify the key expectations and goals for both parties involved. Prior to joining Spencer Stevens and Associates, Jozette was highly involved with Business Development of freestanding ambulatory surgery. During this process she located interested surgeons and managed the staffing of the surgery centers. In addition to Business Development she also recruited senior level executives for hospitals. Although Jozette is new to the real estate industry she is no stranger to recruitment.
As Jozette continues to expand on her interests in real estate, she also maintains her other passions. Jozette is a basketball enthusiast and follows the game from high school to the NBA. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Diego, who is a very large but loving St. Bernard.
